SF Happenings
There are many reasons I am jumping for joy this month! One of the biggest reasons is this: For more than a decade it was commonplace to hear the jaw dropping stories of homes in your neighborhood selling with six figure overbids. Market activity like that uncomfortably forces sellers to market their homes at artificially low prices they would never accept and it frustrates buyers who are trying to figure out how much to offer knowing the competition will be fierce. Selling prices are inching closer to list prices than they’ve been in a very long time. It’s taken more than 10 years to get here, but the guessing game, and the anxiety that comes with it, seems to be coming to close and that. . . is a reason to jump for joy!
